Role Overview
- LinkedIn Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
- Business Development: Identify and engage mid to large-sized US-based companies requiring accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourcing services.
- Client Acquisition: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to meetings, negotiations, and closure.
- Market Research: Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities in the US market.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospect information, track sales activities, and manage the pipeline through CRM.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Content & Brand Building: Coordinate with the marketing team to develop LinkedIn and website content that supports business development and establishes industry authority.




- AI & Automation: Leverage AI and automation tools to improve prospecting, personalization, outreach, and sales efficiency.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or international sales.
- International Market Experience: Proven experience working with or targeting foreign markets, preferably the US market.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and automation tools such as Saleshandy, Instantly, Mailchimp, Apollo.io, HeyReach, Aimfox, etc.
- AI Tools: Comfortable using AI tools for research, prospecting, personalization, content creation, and sales automation.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze
