Position - MIS Executive (Accounts Department)

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the organization's data systems, generating financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow for decision-making. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to support the department's financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting.
- System & Process Management.
- Maintain and update financial databases and ensure data integrity.
- Support for Decision-Making.
- Compliance & Documentation.
- Work closely with the Accounts, to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to financial data and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, etc.).
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify trends and insights from complex financial data.
- Communication Skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present data and reports in a clear and understandable format.
- Organizational Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in MIS or similar roles within the accounts/finance domain.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
