An EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Operator manages computer systems, inputs and verifies large volumes of data, and ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of digital records and office software. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Processing: Input customer details, sales figures, and administrative records accurately into databases, spreadsheets (Excel), or enterprise software (SAP/ERP).
- Report Generation: Create daily or monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, sales orders, and invoices.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, run batch jobs, manage data backups, and report technical errors And take inventory check on regular basis.
- Administrative Support: Handle client correspondence, manage digital files, and maintain strict confidentiality of organizational records
Pay: ₹9,144.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
