What you will do

What you will do

The Artwork Innovation Specialist will serve as the innovation engine for next-generation Labeling & Artwork (L&A;) within Kenvue’s global R&D; operations. Learning from academia and industry, identifying emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies, driving experimentation and pilot programs and building future-ready capabilities to create competitive advantage in the CPG space.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously scan external ecosystem (academia, startups, suppliers, industry consortia) for emerging trends in Next-generation graphic design (AI-assisted design, generative layouts), Smart packaging & digital labeling (QR/NFC/connected packaging), Advanced printing technologies (digital print, sustainable inks, variable data printing) and Automation in Labeling compliance, artwork creation and approval
- Translate trends into practical, scalable busine
