1. Top Responsibilities
- 1. Reels & Content Marketing (Top Priority)
- Video Production: Shoot, edit, and publish high-converting Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

2. Digital & Social Media Management
- Content Calendar: Plan a monthly multi-platform content schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Community Management: Reply to DMs, comments, and mentions daily to build loyal relationships with guests.
- Influencer Collabs: Partner with micro-influencers, food critics, and travel creators for on-site stays and content trades.
- Analytics: Track engagement, views, follower growth, and click-through rates weekly to adjust the video strategy.

3. Offline & Local Marketing
- Local Activations:



Plan on-property events like live music nights, wine tastings, or pop-ups to engage the local community.
- Collateral Management: Coordinate physical print items like room tent cards, lobby signage, and F&B; menus to match digital campaigns.
- Local Partnerships: Build relationships with nearby tourism spots, corporate offices, and wedding planners for cross-promotion.
- PR & Media Hosting: Welcome local journalists, bloggers, and reviewers for property walkthroughs.

Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in creating viral or high-engagement Instagram Reels and short-form video.
- Basic proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and graphic tools (Canva).
- Robust understanding of hospitality trends, aesthetics, and guest service.
- Willingness to be on-property to capture live moments, events, and hotel updates.
