Your Role:
The Director of Omnichannel Marketing will lead strategy, consulting, execution, and optimization of omnichannel marketing programs for enterprise / mid-market clients.

He is an active member in customer journey at Krish including business consulting and participating in pre-sales, growing client accounts, growth marketing services, customer journey design, MarTech, AI, analytics, and performance marketing to help clients increase acquisition, retention, customer lifetime value, and profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams.
- Conduct marketing maturity assessments, marketing strategy workshops, and quarterly business reviews
- Identify recent growth opportunities and support business development, proposals, and solution presentations

Omnichannel Strategy & Growth
- Develop customer-centric omnichannel marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Create annual Growth/GTM roadmaps and marketing transformation plans
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty,



and revenue growth across digital and offline channels
- Lead customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing initiatives

Marketing Technology & AI
- Drive adoption of AI for audience segmentation, predictive marketing, personalization, campaign optimization, and content generation
- Collaborate with Commerce, Data, and AI teams to deliver integrated customer experiences

Data & Analytics
- Define customer segmentation, attribution models, CLTV, RFM analysis, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Translate customer and marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Build KPI dashboards and performance reporting for clients.

Conversion & Personalization
- Improve website conversion, customer engagement, repeat purchases, and average order value.
- Lead CRO initiatives, A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization programs across customer touchpoints
