Hiring: Purchase Manager / Purchase Executive

Location: Howrah
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a Purchase Manager/Purchase Executive with experience in industrial procurement, vendor management, and sourcing of mechanical components, particularly steel and aluminium materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for transmission and distribution materials, including steel and aluminium mechanical components.
- Handle the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to payment and material receipt.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Follow the 5R principles of procurement (Right Quality, Right Quantity, Right Price, Right Source, Right Time).
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.




- Develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Manage procurement budgets and monitor purchasing expenses.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance evaluations, and cost analysis reports.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing procurement preferred.
- Robust vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
