As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Bid & Tender Manager who is equally confident managing client relationships and delivering outstanding tender submissions.

The Role

This is not a standard bid writing position.





You will own the entire bid lifecycle—from opportunity identification and qualification through to submission—while acting as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Bid & Tender Management
- Manage multiple public and private sector tender opportunities simultaneously.
- Write exceptional responses for NHS, Local Authority and Framework tenders.
- Develop compelling method statements, quality responses and social value submissions.
- Analyse tender documentation and identify winning themes.
- Create bid strategies and compliance matrices.
- Coordinate internal contributors and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, persuasive and submitted before deadlines.
- Maintain a library of high-quality bid content.
- Continuously improve bid quality, scoring and win rates.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers across the UK.
- Lead discovery meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' services, strengths and commercial objectiv
