We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HAAS VMC Programmer and Operator to join our manufacturing team at Credo Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating HAAS Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture high-precision plastic injection molds and die components.

Key Responsibilities
- Programming & Setup: Develop, optimize, and upload CNC programs for HAAS VMC machines using CAM software. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine speeds/feeds based on material properties (tool steels, copper, aluminum).
- Operation: Set up and operate HAAS VMC machines to produce high-precision mold bases, cores, cavities, and intricate mold parts.
- Mold Manufacturing Expertise: Interpret complex 2D/3D engineering drawings and blueprints to execute exact machining required for plastic injection molds.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished workpieces using precision instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, height gauges)



to ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to tight tolerances (typically within microns).
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust programs/offsets accordingly.
- Maintenance: Perform routine daily maintenance on HAAS machines (fluid levels, cleaning, tool wear checks) to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a CNC/VMC Programmer and Operator, specifically within the plastic injection mold manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
