KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand actor flows, business requirements, and functional modules.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform manual functional, UI, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with explicit steps to reproduce.
- Validate bug fixes provided by the development team.
- Ensure features are tested properly before UAT and production release.
- Coordinate with developers, business users, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain test evidence, reports, and regular QA status updates.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and QA processes
- Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports
- Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools
- Basic API testing knowledge using Postman is preferred
- Good communication, documentation, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of database validation
- Experience supporting UAT and release testing
