We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Discovery Administrator to join our Service Asset and Configuration team.

Key Responsibilities
- Discovery Pattern Development: Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, sensors, and credentials to ensure accurate and complete discovery of IT assets.
- Integration with Other Modules: Integrate ServiceNow Discovery with other ServiceNow modules, such as CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM..
- Collaborate with various IT teams to maintain an up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that supports IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and business operations.
- Understand Service Mapping and able to Troubleshoot issues related to Tag-Based and other Service Mapping types.




- Ensures that horizontal discovery and service mapping products are highly available, reliable, and performant.
- Creates and maintains custom patterns, probes, and sensors to accommodate internal discovery requirements.
- Monitors discovery and service mapping results, reconciling, and addressing any anomalies.
