Job Title:
Production Associate / Manufacturing Trainee / Assembly Line Operator
Salary: ₹17,000-₹18,000 per month (varies by plant, contractor, location, qualifications, and experience).
Responsibilities: Operate machines and production equipment. Assemble automobile or tractor components. Perform quality checks on finished parts. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area. Follow production targets and standard operating procedures. Work in rotational shifts when required. Report machine or quality issues to supervisors.
Eligibility: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, or Graduate (depends on the role). Freshers are often eligible for trainee positions. Basic physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts.
