- Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work setting, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Patient Accounting systems (Invision preferred, Oracle Health/Cerner strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting 835 remittance files and 837 claims transactions
- Application troubleshooting, configuration, production support, and incident resolution experience
- Experience with system testing, upgrades, implementations, and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of patient billing, claims processing, payment posting, denials, collections, and reimbursement workflows
- Patient Accounting system experience (Invision and/or Oracle Health/Cerner preferred)
- Claims, billing, payment posting, and remittance processing knowledge
- Third-party revenue cycle vendor support experience
- Experience working in a production support environmen
