SakhiGrow is a fast-growing company committed to delivering quality products and services while building long-term customer relationships. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives to help expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product or service presentations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in business development, sales, telesales, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
