Admission Sales Executive - Workshop Conversion Specialist

About the Role

Bootcoding conducts practical, hands-on and career-focused workshops and skill development programs for engineering students.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Admission Sales Executive who can interact with students during our workshops, understand their career goals, counsel them about our programs, and convert interested students into admissions.

This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, counselling and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with engineering students during and after the workshop.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions, especially on the final day of the workshop.
- Understand students' career goals, requirements and concerns.
- Explain the value of our programs, including practical skills, projects and career advantages.
- Handle student questions, doubts and objections professionally.
- Present available offers, scholarships,



early-bird benefits or EMI options, where applicable.
- Follow up with interested students and parents when required.
- Convert qualified and interested students into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain student lead and admission records.
- Coordinate with trainers and the workshop team to maximize conversions.
- Prepare and share workshop-wise sales and conversion reports.

Performance Target

Each workshop may have approximately 60 students.

Expected Minimum Target: 20+ Admissions per workshop

- BBA / MBA preferred
- Any Graduate with strong sales and communication skills can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are welcome.
