Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee fellowship programs, workshops, CMEs, and academic training activities.
- Develop and manage training schedules in coordination with faculty, hospitals, and participants.
- Coordinate with doctors, faculty members, hospital teams, vendors,



and internal departments to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Monitor day-to-day academic operations and maintain high standards of programme delivery.
- Manage faculty travel, accommodation, airport transfers, and participant hostel arrangements.
- Coordinate visa documentation and travel support for international faculty and participants.
- Handle participant concerns, operational challenges, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, attendance records, certifications, reports, and feedback.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, workshops, and academic events.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders before, during, and after each programme.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional participant experience.
