- Conduct fabric inspection (4-point system or equivalent).
- Identify fabric defects such as shade variation, GSM variation, weaving faults, shrinkage, and color bleeding.
- Verify fabric composition and performance against approved standards.
- Approve fabric prior to cutting and production.
2. Garment Measurement & Fit Control
- Verify garment measurements as per size chart and buyer specifications.
- Conduct inline and final measurement audits.
- Ensure tolerance levels are maintained.
- Identify fit issues and coordinate corrective actions with production team.
3. Production Quality Monitoring
- Perform inline quality inspections during stitching and finishing stages.
- Ensure stitching quality, seam strength, labeling, trims, and packaging meet standards.
- Monitor critical control points to reduce rejections and alterations.
4. Testing & Compliance
- Conduct shrinkage, color fastness, and wash tests.
- Ensure compliance with brand quality parameters and industry standards.
- Maintain QC documentation and reports.
