Role Overview

We are looking for a senior full-stack AI Engineer to help design, build, and scale the core intelligence behind HelloIvy.ai. You will work on models and systems that understand users, reason over career pathways, and deliver personalized guidance at scale.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how thousands (and eventually millions) of young people understand themselves, explore careers, and make life-shaping decisions.

What You’ll Work On
- Design and build AI systems for personalized career guidance, including:
- Skill inference from user inputs (profiles, assessments, conversations)
- Career matching and recommendation engines
- Learning and career pathway modeling
- Develop and improve LLM-based workflows (prompting, chaining, retrieval, evaluation)
- Build data pipelines combining user behavior, labor market data, education data,
