About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure and daily IT operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, networking equipment, and computer systems.
- Administer SQL databases and ensure database performance, security, and backups.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, network security, and cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with software vendors and third-party service providers.
- Lead the IT support team and provide timely resolution of technical issues.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans for IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Maintain system documentation, inventory, and IT asset records.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Manager, IT Incharge, or IT Head.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Firewall Management, and Computer Networking is mandatory.




- Experience in managing servers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and IT security.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.

Education:
- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
