About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create and publish daily content.
- Schedule and manage social media calendars.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Content Creation
- Create posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short videos.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Assist in video shoot planning and execution.

Brand Building
- Increase brand visibility and online presence.
- Maintain consistent branding across platforms.
- Identify trending topics relevant to the industry.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Support paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize results.

Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through social media activities.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Promote products, services, and company events.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance.




- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, leads, and campaign results.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Content Marketing will be preferred. -Experience in B2B Marketing, Technology Products, SaaS, GPS Tracking, IoT, Surveillance, Fleet Management, Automotive or Logistics industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
