About Us

Venus Enterprise is a fast-growing precision machining and manufacturing facility in Jamnagar. We are looking for an energetic, disciplined Production Supervisor to manage daily shop-floor operations, drive operator accountability, and ensure accurate production reporting.

The Role

You will oversee daily machine output, enforce operator reporting discipline, maintain production registers in MS Excel, and drive strict 5S standards across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Excel Reporting: Collect shift output data, record cycle times, downtime, and scrap numbers, and update master daily production Excel sheets accurately.
- Operator Discipline & Sheet Compliance:



Ensure machine operators fill out their hourly and daily log sheets on time without missing entries or estimates.
- Shop-Floor 5S Implementation: Maintain strict 5S visual standards across machines, chip/swarf collection areas, tool racks, and material aisles.

Requirements & Skills
- Software Skills: Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, and daily registers).
- Leadership: Strong communication and manpower handling skills to manage machine operators firmly and fairly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
