Job Summary

The Clinical Instructor (BPT Graduate) is responsible for assisting students in developing clinical knowledge, practical skills, and qualified competencies in physiotherapy and allied health sciences. The role involves supervising students during clinical postings, conducting practical demonstrations, maintaining laboratory and clinical records, and supporting academic and departmental activities while ensuring quality patient care and adherence to institutional standards.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesClinical Teaching
- Demonstrate physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques to students.
- Supervise students during clinical postings, practical sessions, and hospital rotations.
- Assist students in developing clinical reasoning, patient handling, and documentation skills.
- Ensure students adhere to professional ethics, patient safety, and clinical protocols.

Practical & Laboratory Management




- Conduct practical demonstrations and skill-based training sessions.
- Assist in the maintenance of physiotherapy laboratories and clinical equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, and availability of therapeutic equipment.
- Monitor inventory and report equipment maintenance requirements.

Student Guidance
- Mentor students during clinical practice.
- Evaluate students' practical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage professionalism, communication skills, and ethical clinical practice.
- Support students in case presentations, clinical assignments, and record maintenance.

Clinical Coordination
- Coordinate with hospitals and clinical departments for student postings.
- Ensure proper scheduling of clinical rotations.
- Maintain attendance and clinical performance records.
- Monitor compliance with institutional and hospital guidelines.

Patient Care Support
