Responsibilities:
- Oversee department interview scheduling and coordinate effectively with all internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth internal promotion processes, ensuring talent mobility within the organization is handled professionally.
- Prepare employment contracts, ensuring all hiring rates, start dates, and program allocations are accurate.
- Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company.
- Proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent/corporate BPO positions.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
