Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional in backend insurance operations to join our team as Intern - Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our dealer network with insurance policy endorsement and cancellation services, maintaining accuracy in policy records, and ensuring smooth backend processing. You will handle customer and dealer queries, assist in validating policy data, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in insurance operations, who is eager to learn about the policy lifecycle, gain exposure to endorsements and cancellations, and contribute to efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:




- Assist dealers with endorsement requests, including changes in policyholder details, vehicle details, and coverage modifications.
-Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth and effective handling of endorsements.
-Provide guidance and support to dealers regarding policy amendments and updates.
-Ensure timely communication with dealers regarding the status of endorsements.
-Maintain accurate records of all endorsement activities and ensure compliance with internal processes.
-Resolve any dealer or customer queries related to endorsements in a professional and in an efficient manner.
-Liaise with insurers through regular visits (travel involved) and follow-ups to resolve pending cases, ensuring tickets are closed within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
