Job Title: Restaurant Waiter

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant premises.
- Process bills and assist with payment collection when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel,



or hospitality environment.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.

Qualification:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
