- Creating scripts to automate operational tasks, isolate recurring issues, and enhance workflow
- Triage alerting and leverage SME knowledge to identify root cause
- Support Business and Technical releases into the Production environmen
- Documenting root cause resolution to enhance future troubleshooting efforts
- Leveraging AI Tooling to assist in troubleshooting and speed resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot with vendors, internal domains, and independently during individual issue resolution as well as wide-scale techline situations
