We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to manage finance, accounting, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, and internal controls for our growing multispeciality hospital.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Coordination with statutory and internal auditors.
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Cash flow and working capital management.
- General ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Strengthening internal financial controls.
- ERP-based financial reporting.

Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Hospital/Healthcare is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting, and MIS.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Profile
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
