Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze sales, marketing, and lead data.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Generate reports for management to support decision-making.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for timely reporting.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation.
- Track campaign performance and sales metrics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an MIS role.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
