Lazer is a growing Home & Kitchen e-commerce brand, selling across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain required documentation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for timely material availability and dispatch.
