Job description:
A Career development Trainer (PDP Trainer) is responsible for delivering training and development programs to individuals or groups within an organization. The job description typically includes the following duties:
- Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Delivering training programs on various topics, such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, and customer service.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making modifications as necessary.
- Maintaining knowledge of current industry trends and incorporating new ideas into training programs.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs.
- Evaluating and reporting on the results of training programs to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Communication skills: 2 years (required)
