We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Trainee to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and the education sector. The trainee will assist in lead generation, outreach, and engagement with students, institutions, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads (students, colleges, training institutes, and partners)
- Support promotional activities for courses, workshops, and educational programs
- Help organize webinars, info sessions, and education-related events
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment or onboarding process
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Perform basic market and competitor research
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach strategies
- Contribute ideas to enhance student engagement and partnerships

Pay: ₹13,953.84 - ₹58,196.84 per month
