Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international voice support.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
- Resolve customer queries professionally within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve individual productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and process standards.





Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
