About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Intern to join our team on-site in Noida for a 6-month internship. You'll get the exciting chance to work directly on content for a well-known influencer with 450,000+ followers, gaining real, high-visibility experience in creating content that reaches a massive audience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to sharpen their editing skills while working on fast-paced, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to enhance content

Collaborate closely with the content and creative team to align with the influencer's style and brand voice

Ensure quick turnaround times to keep up with trending content and posting schedules

Organize and manage raw footage, project files,



and version history

Stay updated on the latest editing trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices

Attend in-office brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings

Compensation Structure

Months 1-2 (Probation Period): [Training stipend / fixed probation amount — specify]

Months 3-6: A fixed monthly stipend is introduced, determined by performance during the probation period.

Eligibility

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma (Mass Communication, Film, Design, or related field preferred)

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail

Must be able to work in-person from our Noida office for the full 6-month duration

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A portfolio or reel showcasing previous editing work is a plu
