As we scale nationally, we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager to lead our end-to-end manufacturing operations and build a world-class supply chain.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production while ensuring uninterrupted supply, efficient inventory management, and on-time customer fulfillment. This role requires solid cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality, warehouse, sales, and finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling
- Develop daily, weekly,



and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production capacity.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Minimize production downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Supply Chain Management
- Plan procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and improve procurement efficiency.

Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Oversee raw material, packaging material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and periodic stock audits.
- Reduce wastage and inventory holding costs.

Demand Planning
