Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional collection teams
Achieve collection and recovery targets
Monitor portfolio performance and reduce delinquency
Ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in collections/recovery
Solid leadership and analytical skills
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or related industries preferred
