Test Engineer:
Location: Hyderabad Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Test Engineer to help ensure the delivery of high-quality software and products through thoughtful test design, robust automation frameworks, and robust cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you'll write code and scripts, identify the right tools for functional and non-functional testing, and actively contribute to the build pipeline and quality standards that keep our products reliable and performant.

You're someone who brings technical depth, a quality-first mindset, and the leadership presence to operate as a trusted advisor — mentoring teammates, influencing testing standards, and continuously driving improvement across the engineering organization.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.:
- Develop and maintain complex integration, functional, and non-functional tests and automated test frameworks across teams to ensure the holistic quality of the software.




- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the delivery pipeline — including test automation frameworks, build environments, test environments, and security — while influencing standards for planning, work estimation, peer reviews, and test design.
- Lead verification of system functionality by executing complex automated and manual tests, analyzing results, providing recommendations, and managing performance metrics, defects, test cases, and test results within the team.
- Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends — identify and implement better test tools and automation methodologies, analyze and report test results, and provide continuous improvement guidance to teams.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members, provide constructive feedback on technical abilities, and contribute to the prioritization of the team backlog based on quality insights and risk assessment.
