Job Responsibilities:

The AC Technician is responsible for the fabrication, installation, insulation, Operation, Troubleshooting of chilled water systems and maintenance of HVAC ductwork systems according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-

Install supply, return, fresh air, and exhaust ducting.

Fix dampers, VCDs, fire dampers, and access doors.

Perform duct insulation (thermal & acoustic).

Seal duct joints to prevent air leakage.

Install diffusers, grilles, and louvers.

Coordinate with AC technicians and site engineers.

Follow safety rules and use PPE on site.

Carry out duct testing and rectification if required.

Install and maintain chilled water piping systems.

Operate and service chillers (air-cooled / water-cooled).

Maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps,



and control valves.

Check chilled water flow, temperature, and pressure.

Detect and repair leaks in chilled water lines.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Balance chilled water systems.

Coordinate with BMS and electrical teams.

Maintain service reports and logs.

Follow safety and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
