Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing the channel partner network, generating property sales through brokers and real estate consultants, and achieving project sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop channel sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners
- Share project updates, pricing, inventory, schemes, and offers with channel partners
- Generate qualified leads through the channel network
- Coordinate site visits and client meetings with channel partners
- Negotiate and close property deals with customers and channel partners
- Monitor channel partner performance, lead conversion, and sales pipeline
- Maintain strong relationships with high-performing channel partners
- Track competitor projects, pricing, and market trends




- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Project teams for smooth transaction closure
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and channel performance MIS

Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of real estate channel sales:
- Excellent broker and channel partner management skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented approach with excellent follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of local real estate markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and manage a large channel network

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- 3-8 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales
- Experience in residential projects preferred

- Experience with residential apartments, luxury projects, villas, townships, or commercial properties:
