Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automobile products
- Explain product features, pricing, financing options, and ongoing offers
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including inquiry handling, test drives, documentation, and vehicle delivery
