About the Role

Jasper Software Solutions is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage our complete social media presence and help grow our digital brand across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Design content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and videos.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement new growth strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages,



and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support digital marketing activities and online promotions.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
