We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our business development and customer engagement initiatives.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Sales team.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.




- Explain the company's software solutions and business services to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain daily call reports and activity trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Technical Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software such as Zoho CRM or Zoho Bigin is an
