About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our
What You'll Do:
- Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices- Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and outstanding amounts
- Investigate and Identify billing disputes, discrepancies, and short payments in coordination with internal teams- Identify delinquent accounts and recommend accounts for escalation or bad debt provisioning
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to accounts receivable
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies
- Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team
