Job Overview:
As an Engineer I, Agentic Solutions in our AI Engineering (AIE) organization, you will deliver production-grade agentic AI systems and generative models. Here you will:
- Help build a first-of-its-kind AI platform at the intersection of finance and responsible automation
- Influence the enterprise AI roadmap and technology strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in engineering, compliance, and innovation
- Enjoy a culture of innovation, autonomy, and long-term impact

Responsibilities:




- Develop end-to-end development of agentic AI solutions leveraging AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS) and open-source orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)

Build reliable RAG and multi-agent architectures with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch)
- Drive model governance — versioning, access control, audit trails, and risk reviews aligned with LPL’s compliance standards
- Implement solutions in alignment with cybersecurity, risk, and data governance model usage and policies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in industry and technology solutions, bringing insights to the team for continuous development of our stack, solutions and ways of working

What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of software engineering exper
