- 5-10 years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Vendor Reconciliation - Oil and Gas/International Air Transport Association( IATA) Industry preferred
- Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger
- Ageing Report review
- Validate balances, identify discrepancies, and determine required actions
- Follow up on outstanding issues to maintain alignment between vendor statements and internal records.
- Support month end and year end closing activities related to vendor accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and internal controls.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
