Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visa and immigration services.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visa processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with visa regulations and immigration policies.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor, Immigration Counsellor, or Visa Executive.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counseling, sales, and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of visitor, tourist, study, work, or PR visa processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
