Ciklum is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in India.Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, QA engineers, business analysts, architects, and Scrum teams
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leadership to define roadmaps, priorities, and delivery milestones
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Establish delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, and project health metrics
- Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and utilization across programs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and delivery excellence
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies
- Support strategic planning,
budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management activities
Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
- Experience managing large distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Robust experience in risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure and/or AWS
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and modern software delivery practices
