Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to support and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft 365.
- Assist in administering Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Support Azure administration tasks and cloud services.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and software.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and support activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement Microsoft solutions.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.




- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure.
- Windows Server and Active Directory fundamentals.
- Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online support.
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft technologies or IT infrastructure support.
- Microsoft certifications (preferred) such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
