- Check room availability and confirm bookings quickly.
- Make changes, cancellations, and special requests as per guest needs.
- Explain room rates, offers, and hotel facilities to guests.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for smooth guest arrivals.
- Follow up on pending bookings and payment confirmations.
- Prepare daily arrival and reservation reports.
- Solve reservation-related guest queries politely and professionally.
- Help increase hotel bookings by providing excellent customer service and suggesting better room options.
