About the Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys running ads, analyzing data, and finding ways to improve performance every single week.

As our Performance Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of our paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, helping us reach recent customers and scale our business in the US market.

This isn't a role where you'll simply launch campaigns and let them run. We want someone who's curious, analytical, and constantly testing new ideas to improve results. Whether it's refining audiences, experimenting with creatives, or optimizing budgets, you'll have a direct impact on how our brand grows.

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Research audiences and build targeting strategies that actually convert.




- Set up retargeting campaigns and customer acquisition funnels.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop static and video ads that perform.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and campaign structures.
- Keep an eye on budgets and ensure every rupee spent delivers value.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare simple, actionable weekly performance reports.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Comfortable working with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
- Someone who enjoys looking at numbers and using data to make better decisions.
