Sr. Production Engineer - Job Description

Position Overview:
The Senior Production Engineer will oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves supervising production processes, implementing improvements, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with design, PPC, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Supervise and guide junior engineers and operators.
- Manage manpower allocation and machine utilization effectively.
- Prepare production reports and present updates to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean,



Kaizen, Six Sigma).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in production engineering within a manufacturing setup.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and ERP tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
